Prepare to be captivated as you witness the dazzling talents of the future stars of ballet grace the stage in iconic works such as George Balanchine's © Serenade, August Bournonville's Konservatoriet, and an exciting new ballet by PBT Soloist and Choreographer in Residence, William Moore, accompanied by musicians from the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra. Plus, be spellbound by the Student Division’s presentation of Carnival of the Animals and innovative contemporary works choreographed by PBT School Faculty. PBT School, the official training institution of Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, is recognized as one of the nation’s finest schools for dance education and training. Under the direction of PBT School Dean Raymond Rodriguez, PBT School provides a diverse dance curriculum to students across its Children’s, Student, and Pre-Professional Divisions. From pre-ballet to pre-professional, PBT School fosters ballet's expression, discipline, and joy at every level and cultivates the next generation of professional dancers. While students grow in their technique and artistry, PBT School works to instill a long-term appreciation for the art of ballet and the values it embodies.

All PBT School instructors are certified through level 5 in the American Ballet Theatre curriculum.
