Step into the heart of Pittsburgh's thriving arts scene at the Spring into Theatre Festival, hosted at the iconic Pittsburgh Playhouse! This dynamic two-day event celebrates our rich legacy of creativity, storytelling, and community through an engaging mix of workshops, masterclasses, and live performances.

Designed for local high school students and educators, the festival provides a hands-on introduction to the professional world of theater-making, right here in Pittsburgh—where art and innovation thrive. Highlights include voiceover and acting masterclasses led by industry professionals such as Pittsburgh’s own Dave Droxler, creator and star of the award-winning play Robin & Me: My Little Spark of Madness. Participants will also explore industry-led classes, behind-the-scenes sessions, and take center stage for a special showcase on the stunning PNC Theatre stage.

Come celebrate Pittsburgh’s future storytellers and performers while honoring its deep-rooted passion for the arts! The Spring into Theatre Festival is more than just an workshop—it’s a chance for young people to connect with working artists, explore creative career paths, and discover the transformative power of storytelling.
