JOEL BALINAO (Male 3) is a sophomore musical theatre major with a dance minor from Savannah, Georgia. He is ecstatic to be in his second production at the Pittsburgh Playhouse after debuting in the ensemble of Steel Pier last semester. His favorite past credits include General Tom Thumb in Barnum, ensemble in Phantom of the Opera, and Dan in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. KALEY BENDER (Margot) is so happy to spend her last semester at Point Park doing one of her favorite shows. A Senior Musical Theatre Major with a Dance Minor, Kaley has enjoyed every second she has gotten to experience at Point Park. Her credits include: Steel Pier (Ensemble/Dance Captain), Intimate Apparel (Mrs. Van Buren), The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Flo/Dance Captain), Sondheim on Sondheim (E8 u/s P8). She would like to thank all of her professors and friends who have made her time at school so memorable. And of course, thank you to Mara, Lauren, and Camille for letting her live out her sorority girl dreams.
BELLA BILANDZIJA (Chutney/Margot US/Dance Captain) Bella would like to thank Mara and all of the amazing Legally Blonde team. RAE BROWN (Female 4: Ensemble) Rae Brown is thrilled to be making her musical theater debut in the ensemble of Point Park University’s Legally Blonde! Rae is a junior dance major with a double minor in musical theater and SAEM. While studying dance at Point Park she has been in professional processes with Maud Arnold, Crystal Frazier, Martha Nichols and more! KATHERINE BRUCE (Pilar) is a sophomore musical theater major at Point Park University. Although she has been honing in on her technique at the University, she has been doing theater with Alumni Theater Company since she was 12 years old, which helped shape her into the artist that she is today. Some of her favorite past roles she has played include Christine, Be More Chill (Alumni Theater Company); Mal, Descendants (Alumni Theater Company); and Lucy, Charlie Brown (Alumni Theater Company). She would like to shout her family for being such a great support system and believing in her work. She Is thrilled to be performing Legally Blonde with this wonderful cast. As this is her first time performing in a Musical at the Pittsburgh Playhouse, she can't think of a better way to make her debut!
REESE CARTER (Enid Hoops) is a senior Musical Theatre major at Point Park University. Some of her recent credits include Emilia/Mopsa in The Winter’s Tale, Minister Birdie in Period Piece, and Cordelia in Falsettos. She would like to thank her family for supporting her all the way from Las Vegas, as well as the cast, crew, and creative team for putting on this amazing musical!
BEN ALLEN CARTER (Male 4: Ensemble) is a junior musical theatre major with a dance minor. Ben is thrilled to be apart of this production with this incredible cast and crew. DEVIN CLAUDIO (Male 1: Nikos Argitakos) is a sophomore musical theatre major and is excited to be performing in his second main stage show here at Point Park. Growing up in Texas, he performed theatre since he was in middle school, and now is grateful to be pursuing his education in Pittsburgh. Some of Devin’s favorite roles include Sonny- In the Heights & Spongebob- Spongebob:The Musical. He thanks his mother, friends, and loved ones for their never-ending support in his endeavors.
SOPHIE DAVIES (Female 7: Elle's Mom/Paulette U/S) is an actor, singer, dancer, and writer from Salt Lake City, Utah. Sophie is a co-creator of Method: Theater Company based in Salt Lake City, UT and Point Blank Comedy Collective based in Pittsburgh, PA. Sophie completed Columbia's Comedy Studies Semester at the Second City in Chicago, IL and is receiving her BFA in Musical Theater from Point Park University in Spring 2025.

ADRIAN ESCALONA (Male Swing/Nikos/Carlos U/S) is a junior acting major here at Point Park University, and is very grateful and excited to say that Legally Blonde will be the first production that he has swung for! Adrian has an immense interest in film and tv, but has always been a musical theater kid at heart. KENDAL WILLIAMS (Brooke Wyndham) is a junior musical theatre major here at Point Park University, Williams first started theatre at 7 years old and has since been in a range of plays and musicals from Puffs, Little Women, The Spongebob Musical, Newsies, Shakespeare in Love, Matilda, and Legally Blonde. Kendal started dancing at 13 years old and quickly gravitated toward the art form. She first appeared on the Pittsburgh Playhouse in Intimate Apparel as the Esther Mills U/S, and since has been in SONDER or the bus piece, a Mick Pick and Rita U/S in Steel Pier, and will be The Devil and co-choreograph Salem for junior lab. NANCY McNULTY McGEEVER (Dialect Coach) (AEA, SAG) is an award winning, multidisciplinary theater artist and educator. After moving here from NYC Nancy has spent the past nine years coaching dialects in and out of Pgh. Some Pgh dialect credits include Front Porch Theatricals, Pittsburgh Public Theater, City Theater, Barebones Productions, Off The Wall, COPA, PITT Stages, PMT, Pgh CLO and more. She is creator and director of Theater Arts Education at Shady Side Academy Junior School and holds an MFA from The New School. Nancy is a lifetime member of The Actors Studio and the proud winner of the 2001 Kennedy Center/Irene Ryan Acting Award.
MICHAEL MONTGOMERY (Costume Designer) is a veteran costume designer of both opera and theatre. His design and construction work has been featured in productions by the Philadelphia Drama Guild, American Music Theatre Festival, Philadelphia Theatre Company and The Coconut Grove Playhouse. In Pittsburgh, Michael has worked with the Opera Theater of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Playhouse Repertory Theatre, Jewish Theater of Pittsburgh, and Civic Light Opera and PICT Classic Theater, and City Theatre. Michael’s accomplishments in costume design were acknowledged by the Philadelphia Theater League and The Philadelphia Inquirer in 1994, when he was nominated for the prestigious Barrymore Award for Costume Design for Peoples Light and Theatre Company’s production of Sign of the Lizard. Michael’s design credits in opera include productions with Opera Delaware, Curtis Institute of Music, Pennsylvania Opera Theatre and Peabody Institute of Music. He served as resident costume designer with Temple Opera Theatre in Philadelphia for over 12 years. Michael’s work in opera earned him a career highlight in 1997, when he served as costumier for the Luciano Pavarotti International Voice Competition. More recently, Michael has served as production designer with University of Memphis School of Music, including productions of Hansel and Gretel and Idomeneo, and with Lawrence University as costume designer for The Beggar’s Opera, Cendrillon, and Alice Tierney. Michael currently serves as costume designer and costume studio supervisor for the Pittsburgh Playhouse at Point Park University, having designed over 35 productions, over the past 18 years.
ZACH MOORE (Sound Designer) has previously designed sound for Rent, Newsies, Spring Awakening, and Curtains for The Playhouse. His 100+ sound designs at Pittsburgh Public Theater include the world premieres of Billy Strayhorn; Something to Live For, L’Hotel, The Chief, Harry’s Friendly Service, The Glorious Ones, and Paper Doll; the American premieres of The Bird Sanctuary and RolePlay; original music for Marjorie Prime, A Doll’s House Part 2, Hamlet, Equus, and Circle Mirror Transformation; as well as designs for The Hobbit, Sweat, The Diary of Anne Frank, Thurgood, and Man of La Mancha. Other collaborations include, Asolo Rep, City Theatre, Pittsburgh International Classic Theatre, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Attack Theatre, NBA Ballet in Tokyo, TheaterWorks Hartford, The Huntington, Long Wharf Theatre, and Dallas Theater Center.
BURKE RHODES (he/him) (Scenic Coordinator) is a junior theatre production: design major with a focus in scenic fabrication. He is grateful to be a part of this big and beautiful production of Legally Blonde the Musical at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. Burke’s previous credits include scenic designer of Boo’s Halloween House Party, technical director intern for Quantum Theatre’s A Moon For The Misbegotten and head carpenter for Pinnacle Productions’ Dry Land. This summer Burke will be working as the head carpenter of The Hangar Theatre’s upcoming festival season. Burke would like to thank his mentor, Nicholas Smith, for his dedication to education and inclusivity. Also, a thank you to Stephanie Mayer-Stayley for her guidance and for being a constant inspiration.
LAUREN ROTANTE (Associate Director/Choreographer) is a senior theatre arts major and Legally Blonde is her capstone project! Previous Point Park credits include Rent (Assist. Choreographer), Closer Than Ever (Assist. Director), Ride the Cyclone (Co-Director/Choreographer), Digging Up the Boys (Director), How to be a Heartbreaker (Choreographer), Eurydice (Choreographer). Lauren has performed globally with Dairakudakan Temptenshiki in Hakuba, Japan, Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre in Brisbane, Australia, and Plan B Entertainment on the Billy Elliot National Tour. Lauren will represent Point Park next week at the 2025 Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival with her directing work. CAMILLE VILLALPANDO ROLLA (Music Director) is happy to return to the Pittsburgh Playhouse, having most recently conducted Steel Pier. Other productions from her 15 years at Point Park include Pippin, Sunday in the Park with George, 42nd Street and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. She spent 5 seasons at Tuacahn Center for the Arts in Utah serving as musical director for several regional premieres including Disney's Mary Poppins, Tarzan and The Little Mermaid, Starlight Express and a pre-Broadway run of Disney's Aladdin. Closer to home, Camille spent 4 years as resident musical director at Pittsburgh Musical Theater and 6 seasons as musical director at West Virginia Public Theatre as well as many summers in the orchestra at PCLO. Other regional credits: North Shore Music Theatre, Red Mountain Theatre, Mountain Playhouse and Temple Theatre. Touring credits: The Music Man, Funny Girl, Crazy For You, Hello Dolly and the Wheeling Symphony. Her hands made their television debut in Legends of the Haunted Lighthouses for the Learning Channel.

MOUSE STOYE (Ass’t Props Manager) is a junior Theater Production major with a focus in props design and management. She is very excited to take on her first Prop Management role for a playhouse show. WILL BARTELL (ASM) (they/them) is a freshman stage management major. KARLI CAMP (Technical Director) is a junior Technical Design and Management major, and she is delighted to make her technical direction debut with such a lovely team! KATIE GORDY (Assistant Lighting Supervisor) hails from Atlanta, GA, and is a sophomore lighting technician at Point Park University. Her most recent shows include Dial M for Murder (Pittsburgh Public Theater), Come From Away (Aspen Theatre Company), Steel Pier (Pittsburgh Playhouse) Rent (Pittsburgh Playhouse), Bring it On (Cobb County Performing Arts Center), and Witch (Bridges Theater Company), On the Town (City Springs Theater). ADELYN HECK (A1) is thrilled to be working on Legally Blonde! AMELIA IRVIN (Wardrobe Supervisor) is the wardrobe supervisor for Legally Blonde and this is her second show here at point park. Amelia is from Grove City PA and has worked a number of shows back home designing, creating and helping backstage. The shows included, Clue, Joseph And The Technicolor DreamCoat, Puffs, Shrek, Addams Family, and Everything I Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten. At Point Park she has wardrobe supervised Arcadia and is so excited to help out more! She would like to thank her friends and family for always supporting her and wishing everyone a great show!
ROO MCDONALD (Stage Manager) is a senior stage management major. This is Roo’s final lead SM position at the Pittsburgh Playhouse! Her previous Pittsburgh Playhouse credits include, The Trees, Men on Boats, and Curtains. Her most notable outside productions were The Nutcracker (The Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet Society), Rabbit Hole (Ghost Light Productions), and Tuck Everlasting (Upper Darby Summer Stage).
